Boom Mania

Boom Mania is a colorful, high-energy homage to the classic Bomberman formula. It doesn't try to reinvent the wheel, but it polishes the mechanics to a mirror shine for mobile play. The controls are the standout feature here; the virtual D-pad is responsive, which is vital when you're trying to outrun a blast wave.

The single-player campaign is surprisingly long, with boss fights that require more than just mindless bomb dropping. However, the game really shines in the local multiplayer mode. The graphics are poppy and bright, and the variety of power-ups keeps every match unpredictable. It’s a great family-friendly title that offers a nice bit of nostalgia for older players.
