Revised after several moths of play

The game is fun and graphics are good! Great concepts for different game ideas! But you can NOT play if you are not wealthy! It’s hard to win but never get ahead if you do! It’s real costly! I have not won a game or coins in over a week! The support is horrible if you can actually get someone to answer you! Their response here is join FB you will get coins everyday….NOT true!!! I go to page everyday and leave comments and NEVER received anything! So there is a lot about the game I’m not happy with and when my Gold Pass finishes I’m considering leaving and never returning! Something has to give because to me they are robbing a lot of people!! Can’t believe Apple would allow this to go on!

Cheaters

I couldn’t find my other review. But the owners of this game will cheat you out of coins. I CLEARED a card in one of the featured game, plus had a x2 power up that I won. Weeeellllllll, lo and behold, when it was time for me to collect, It started spinning and spinning saying that I had lost connection. And that wasn’t the first time it’s happened. But it sure is funny, nothing like that happens with my other games. Hmmmm, I guess they’re watching to make sure that a person doesn’t get over 2 bingos in a round. Or not get one at all. I contacted support, they gave me a few coins, a few power ups, a few green jewels. You get the picture. Anyway, they refuse to give me all that I actually won. And I spend real money on this game. Not just a little bit either. When I use up the coins I do have, I’m deleting the game. It use to be fun. Not so anymore due to being cheated out of my winnings. And more than once to boot. Also, my coins I’ve already got have came up missing at times. By the end of the day, it’s going to be bye, bye Bingo Wild. You’re losing a very loyal player that didn’t mind spending real money on the game. Oh!!!! And if I could give minus ten stars, I would in a heartbeat. People who play this game, watch your coins!!!

Good…. BUT

I enjoy playing this game. Great graphics and a wide array of bingo games. BUT, I have learned through a costly learning curve, NOT to rush to climb levels, get extra bonuses or rewards. They will come eventually. I play to relax and I can do this now, because I FINALLY learned that valuable lesson. The extra “rewards” that are offered are nothing but a quick and very brief rush of winning something. The more I bet and rushed against time for “extras “, the more frequently I felt the rush of winning. DO NOT fall into the same trap that I did. Winning is very easy….at first. But, as you get to higher levels, the less frequent you will win pretty much anything. If you bet big, you will LOSE big. This game offers a couple days of “free endless power ups.” I’m at a higher rank than those who are newer to this game, and the free power ups are a JOKE to me. The numbers on my cards that are not hit by power ups are barely called. It’s almost impossible to get a bingo, so what good are endless power ups that are USELESS? I don’t play on these days. I come in to collect my daily rewards and call balls for my fellow league members. I find that I can get more bingos and pretty much stay even with my coins etc. on most other days. So people, play this game patiently. Don’t rush to be a so called “winner.” If you DO NOT spend cash and rush to win rewards , you will thoroughly enjoy this game. As long as you are enjoying it, you have won.

I hate to do this but...

This game could be the BEST Bingo game out there. I’ve played them all and this, without a doubt, has the best graphics and the most creative rooms. But the reviews saying it costs a lot to play are all right. It’s better now that you can do the lucky scratch once an hour, but in order to enjoy the game fully, you have to spend close to $60/month. If you don’t pay that, you miss out on cards, power ups, and credits and it severely dulls gameplay. And nothing in this game costs .99 or anything low. Cheapest I’ve seen, I think, is $4.99. Otherwise you’re generally paying $10+ for anything. Gameplay shouldn’t suffer if a person doesn’t spend money. I hate to say this but I think this may have to be my last month playing this game unless something changes. It’s SUCH a shame, too, because there’s nothing like this game out there. I hope you all listen to these reviews and fix these issues.

Like game but beyond unhappy with customer support

The 2 stars are for the game but the serious lagg lately has sucked and I have been trying for 5 days to get help to no avail, because of that I deducted 3 stars. You would think they would be more willing to help customers who spend alit of our hard earned money on their game but sadly I am really disappointed and left wondering why I am still playing their game. Concerning your response to my issue with the game. I did contact in game support and the first reply took over a week for a reply and I did all suggested fixes to no avail and have reinstalled the game 4 times , my internet provider has no issues whatsoever and the in-game customer support is extremely slow and very unhelpful and I’m still wondering why I’m still playing the game, maybe I have hope you guys will make it so that all of the money I have lost due to the issues wasn’t for no reason,

Beware of endgame purchases

I’m not sure if they will post this review but here goes. I made a purchase and expected to get the fortune wheel spins, free card, along with other things. It didn’t happen. When I contacted support I was told oh no, you have to make a coin purchase first and then a second purchase to get the fortune wheel offer. It says that nowhere. The first screen shows you have an offer to get 250% more coins with Fortune wheel spins. You go to the screen that shows all the various options, and all the options for purchase have the fortune wheel icon on it. There’s a message at the top get 250% more coins with the fortune wheel. When you make the purchase you don’t get what you paid for. I took screenshots and explained it to support and they just said sorry you’re wrong. I have sent all the screenshots to Apple and requested a full refund. The people who run this game are liars and scammers. It’s a OK game to play as long as you don’t make any in-app purchases.

Shaking my Head

I had over 400,000 coins now down to 50,000. Trying to fill the 3rd task of winning 150,000 coins. Not going overboard with my bets - no more than Big Win level (46,000). And have only won 45,325. There is no way I can win 100,000 in one more round. I can’t get anywhere on the Beanstalks and Slides - move forward and land on the slide. While my opponent lands on beanstalks and extra rolls. Soo frustrating. I actually got a gift card so I could buy coins but after today - there’s no freakin’ way I will ever spend money on this game. I’m keeping it - but only because I like bingo. I’ve lost my desire to do well. Maybe I should have given just 2 stars - but it could just be my lack of luck. I worked hard at building my coin balance - now I’ve got enough for 2 rounds. Shaking my head……….

Bad experiences!

While I like the social aspect of the game their ads lie! No need to top up, get plenty of free coins? Had to log in every hour to gain minimal coins (example costs 12,800 but you get 2,000 bonus scratch). I tried to contact customer support and they never responded back after they started the conversation with “How can we help?” I NEVER received a response after that. I’m still trying to get a response! I have screenshots of the conversation to date! When they say purchase does not make you win more? They aren’t kidding. Their prices are ridiculous! $9.99 for enough coins to play level 3 of 5 on bet and that’s only 2 bingo cards. The club/league bingo card calls numbers back to back to back. I had 4 balls and the first 3 were the same number! In true Bingo22, once a ball is called it is out of play until the next round. Bonus games rarely pay off well! I could point out more things… Save your time and DON’T download!!!!!
