I had deposited money but the cash play option is not available where I live. I reached out to support to have the money credited back to my account and less than 30 minutes later, a refund had been issued to me, a reply had been sent back to me notifying me of the refund, apologizing for the issue, THEN Jason even let me know that he had also put bonus money on my account so that if cash play is ever available in my area, I am set up and ready to play my first cash game! I had replied back thanking them and received another message back just as quickly as I did the first time! I’m very impressed with customer service I received! The bingo game is fun to play even though I can’t play for cash, I’m keeping the app on my phone because it runs smoothly, no lagging, no annoying ads, and customer service has been top notch for me! I am not much for cards, board games, etc. However, a friend who has , like me recently gone through a traumatic event , suggested CASH BINGO. I enjoy playing, the game challenges my motor skills, and cognitive skills which are both great help in my recovery. Spending a lot of time alone, CASH BINGO helps me not feel so isolated and connected to a group. I have shared the above information with many people, and am so grateful to have learned about CASH BINGO . Would highly recommend to others, and hope they will enjoy as much as I do.

No mater what your ranking is, or how many medals you got, & how many games you play! If the company doesn’t want you to win, your not! Doesn’t matter how good you play, you will loose! Example, every time I’m on a winning streak, they match me up with a pacific player, who by the way has beaten me 16 straight times! Yes, unbelievable! & when ask the company, they don’t help! No money back or even a good response or investigation! Plus a computer response! They don’t care’ So your never going to get a fair deal or action to help you out in the situation!Do not play this Bingo app, because it uses certain opponent to win! Also, this opponent has lost to everyone else, but has beat me 16 straight times! & the company keeps matching me up against this opponent! Tried to watch the replay, & course the replay doesn’t work or stops showing the matches! (So you don’t know how you lost to this opponent, you just lost!) Save your money people, there’s fake people, making sure you don’t win a lot of money! Much more loosing than winning!

I love that this is the only app I have found that I feel is truely fair. However, HALF of my completed games are tied up now because “they can’t find a suitable opponent”. I don’t mind them looking for a few days, but they hold them “looking” for 7 days before they will release the money back. I guess it’s better than losing it altogether, but it’s annoying after day 4 still seeing your TWO $30 games tied up. So this game is powered by Skillz and there are several different games you can download. So I did smaller priced games on a different game thinking that would make a difference. NOPE! Now I have 5 lower priced games locked up! lol and you don’t know they can’t find an opponent until you are “locked” into the game. But I guess all of these games have to have their downside….

Flaw in Pairing Players with Same Skills

According to what I have been told, players in one on one games are supposed to paired based on having the same skills; however, this is not always the case. If it was then I would win from time to time while playing against the same player instead of them winning literally every single time we are paired. This is just another way to guarantee I don’t always win because I am paired against a player with better skills who I can never beat in a cash winning game after game, no matter how many games I played back to back. To me, this is proof of a flaw in the way they pair players who “supposedly” have the same skills.

My favorite part is that you play against someone with the same playing experience/ SKILLZ as you, so a level 1 doesn’t play against a level 10. Also if you don’t have cash to spend then you can win tickets and get bonus cash to use in money tournaments, the money you win is yours to withdrawal. Also it does take long (depending on how much you play) to win the amount of tickets to play for real cash. It don’t hurt to try!

Fake, Never Used Numbers Every Game!

I only raided this game three stars, although I really do enjoy the game, because every game play, there are numbers that are never used in this app that are called and most games all five of these numbers are called. The numbers are B15, I30, N45, G60 & O75. I play a lot of two and three car games and this is highly annoying to me because the numbers seem to be cold slower in those games so on top of sometimes struggling for numbers to be called the bingo. Caller is calling fake numbers as well. Again I stress the fact this out never never never uses those numbers!!

Do Not Deposit Your Money

I made a mistake and deposited some money. Thought nothing of it, until a month later when customer service is STILL giving me the run around and won’t actually GIVE my money back. Every time I inquire about it they only say it’s been withdrawn check back. Then claim they escalated the issue but now NOONE will address this. I don’t mind investing in my games but not this one. This is crooked and underhanded just for a few dollars but I’d assume if you do this to enough ppl the company must be making a decent amount of money off “withdrawals” not returned to the player. I won’t make another deposit if this is never resolved. Have a good day.
