App is completely bunk. As most have pointed out, you’ll be able to play for a decent bit and probably cash out once. But after that you’ll probably struggle to win again. I cashed out $125 5 days ago and it’s not even been close to the same play as before. I was able to win close to 75% of the Gin Rummy matches before the cash out. I just looked through my record ever since then… I’ve won 12 matches while losing 42. That’s not even close to being explicable. It wasn’t some win streak I had, nor is it just bad luck now. There isn’t a single justifiable reason for the difference. I didn’t move up a level, my style of play didn’t change, not anything that can be pointed at which would make that drastic difference in win percentage. I’m not exaggerating for the sake of bad mouthing the app. I just feel it’s necessary to caution anyone against having expectations of being different. As I said, it’ll let you win initially and even let you cash out. But I can’t even tell you how much of a night and day difference it’s been ever since I took that cash out. Knowing what I know now, I would have run my balance up as much as possible before cashing out. But you know what they say, the house always wins. So there’s no guarantee I would have been able to maintain a bigger balance. FYI for anyone who cares to read the reviews, get out quickly if you’ve managed to make some money. Don’t expect to win much afterward.

Ignore the 5 stars its more a 3 star app so far had couple months, will update down the road. App Has potential. Even with all the bots. Biggest issue is amount back if you win. If i use .50 to enter and win; only win a total of .80. I get it they need to make money to but its greed at this point since they have soo many bots. 1 dollar in should net 1.80 minimum like other apps. Their Average is house taking 5-10 cents per dollar. MPL on the other hand takes 30 cents. Beware of loosing streaks played 30 spades games in a row, between two days at 3 dollars each entry. Never won one. Take screenshots of stuff like that for proof on review sites. Also if you have money in your account they will not give you tickets untill you’ve not added or played for over a month. Even then they will only give you 1 twenty cent ticket. This app needs a way to make cash to be able to play cash games like gems or something similar with no limit. Having to repeatedly deposit a dollar or two is not it. Bigger deposits would be better for them but why deposit more if the return is not practical. There are 3 other apps that are better than this one and easily win more. I only play this app once in a while now because i like the layout it’s simpler and easy to navigate. I don’t deposit nomore just more so fun.

I have been playing games online for money for a few years now and I have to say this is absolutely the WORST gaming platform I have ever played on! Don’t even think about wasting your money with this app, because that is exactly what will happen if you decide to play it. This app constantly crashes and when it does while you are in a game, unless you take a screenshot of what happened, customer service wont help you out. You might as well forget they even have a so called customer service if you don’t take a picture of your issue and if you do snap a screenshot, they more than likely will blame the device you are using to play their games on just so they don’t have to reimburse you what you’ve lost trying to play. I don’t even know why they have a customer service because they don’t service their customers, they find every reason they can to blame their customers for their terrible running app. I have lost a lot of money that I will never get back because their app crashed and they said it was my fault. If you haven’t experienced any problems, then you probably haven’t played very many games because I guarantee you will have issues within the first few games you play. Don’t say nobody warned you that it would rip you off….

To begin with I had my concerns with this app. My first night won like $85 and I received my money instantly. Two days later, I went to cash out again for the second or third time and it informed me that I had to do a few steps. throughout that time of about eight hours, I was continually talking to someone from Support and nothing ever came about and then I logged in one day and there was that disappeared. Ever since that time it’s been nothing but a breeze to withdraw to deposit you can use your PayPal. You can use Skrill you can even use Apple Pay, primarily use my PayPal but due to some other circumstances, I’m about to start using Apple Pay. I don’t know if you can withdraw to Apple Pay or not but we will be finding out. This app is wonderful and don’t let the reviews of the losers. tell you otherwise. There is one downfall you can only withdraw $200 per day, but when you hit $200 for that day, you can still continue to add money to your balance and withdraw it immediately at midnight. plenty of competitions where you can win cash prizes for ranking in the tops of certain games very great app and without a doubt would give it a five star review all day long

I have had a couple moments in the last couple weeks that have been bothersome. Unfortunately, there is no - Direct Chat - with customer service. You have to select a previous game and use their awful selection choices to “explain” what happened. Which, feels like “lying” when the option I need doesn’t exist. To top this feeling off - the customer service representatives, at lowest level, don’t seem to read any responses submitted. Time and again, I submit the ticket… I type up the explanation. Only to receive a generic “copy/paste” response as if I am not even being acknowledged. A recent time, previous, I was made to feel ignored and the copy paste response on “how the server functions” and “it is impossible for…”; so I had to make a stink about unheard. “Would you like me to route this to a higher technician?” — why? Why do I have to ask for a third time for this question to be asked… let alone, WHY is it being asked when I made it more and more clear each time that I wanted someone to look into it. <— the ticket status showed “closed/resolved” without any show of being forwarded. At least this time, I see it was Routed… but this time, it was a connectivity blip… where the time prior, felt like cheating or software manipulation. (time before was Snakes and Ladders) and 14 of 18 turns, they followed my roll with a kill roll. — or pretty close… so it seemed.

Worst Gaming Platform in the App Store

This is, by an enormous margin, the most fraudulent gaming platform I have ever used. Nothing done in this app will be in any way a game of skill or even of chance. Every single match of every single game is manufactured to go the way they want it to go. Play one round of any game on here and you’ll see what I mean immediately. And if you actually do manage to accumulate $10 or so in winnings after 6 months and you try to cash it out, it will never allow you to. For over a year and a half I tried to get winnings cash out of my MPL account, I contacted their so-called customer service (it’s just an in-app chat bot and an email address nobody ever answers, I was told in the chat that MPL “didn’t have a phone number” when I asked for further support) to correct something that was wrong with my verification needed for withdrawal. Nobody could ever tell me what the problem was, they just kept telling me keep retrying until it goes through. All this resulted in was me getting blocked from trying to verify temporarily over and over. I was never able to diagnose or correct the issue, or withdraw any of MY money from the app. They certainly had no problem taking a deposit from me without that verification though. Apple should protect their customers and ban these developers from the App Store, but since that doesn’t appear to happen, ever, PLEASE do not waste your money in this mess. You’ll never get it back.

This app was fun for about a month until I finally started to cash out. After I cashed out twice (I’m talking small cash outs, one $10 and one for $12) I went to login one morning and I couldn’t. The app had locked my account and told me that I violated some rule, and they deemed my account fraudulent. Now the day before, I contacted support over a match that froze up and wouldn’t allow me to make any moves or play at all, but I could see the other person playing. My opponent won obviously, and I wasn’t even mad. I simply told them what happened, sent screenshots when they asked for them, and very and asked for a refund for the money I put in for that match. The support staff I spoke with said sure let our expert team look into this and we will definitely get it taken care of for you…. then the next morning my account was locked and I could no longer play. I honestly was enjoying playing the game and the cash outs were very simple and fast, but the games are 100% rigged. And it’s obvious when the game is literally in favor of your opponent-they roll exactly what they need to win or are dealt exactly what they need to win or to make you lose. Or my personal favorite, they lock your account for no reason and you can’t get anyone to answer the question “why was my account locked?” Screw you MPL, and eat glass. I’m just glad my account only had a few bucks in it when they locked it.

Yea so I tried playing a spade game waited for opponents to arrive to play no one’s there for a good 20 seconds so I get out I had a balance of $10 I go and try to play a $3 battle maybe more people are playing before i could register I see $5 get deducted from my total and I haven’t even played the battle yet and they said I played and completed the battle and lost I mean aren’t you guys taking enough off top just for us to play and you guys wanna say someone had played when they haven’t even touched a card yet or even bidded . Don’t get me wrong I gamble I understand what needs to be done but don’t go saying someone has completed a battle when they haven’t even yet bidded on their cards or even seen anyone on the table …. Taking $1 for every $3 battle and 4 on every $5 battle I mean I played a lot of battles and they can’t even refund you what they took I hope they come up with a better app than this one cause the people who love to gamble sure is losing out even if they win a battle and half the time u don’t even know if your battling anyone human could be their own boys playing that’s why mad time I be up all of a sudden the opponent that’s in the negatives comes back to win it. When people are wagering money and yall take a good amount for your fees I mean keep it real and fair stop taking our money to get rich off of we here to play not get taken from the developers
