It’s a fun game

It’s a fun game and I don’t know why people say that there’s so many ads and I like how challenging and one I tried to play it once it worked but when I tried to do it again it doesn’t work

WHYYY, themes

WHY DID YOU CHANGE THEM!!! Apologies for my lack of restraint but I have been playing this game for quite some time now and the addition of the new themes is not what I take issue with. It’s the fact that the original theme is GONE!! The new theme ‘Melon’ is incredibly ugly, and I’m extremely upset that they changed the cute and simple designs of the fruits. The pineapple looks diseased, again I apologize for my crude behavior but I’ve gotten very emotionally attached to this game because I play it so often and to see the design get gutted like this is heartbreaking. Again I want to reiterate, I don’t personally care that new themes were added, I’m just frustrated that the original theme I grew to love has been replaced by a gross overhaul of textures. The new theme ‘Melon’ is just too busy, it’s too much detail, it makes it hard to play because everything is so complicated that it blurs together. Also, the pop up screen of ‘New Fruit’ is incredibly annoying to play with because I can’t turn it off even after having seen the ‘new fruit’ for the thousandth time. It’s also annoying to get off my screen in a timely manner and it’s been the downfall of many of my speed runs. Thank you for your time,

So you see..

It’s got.. erm.. interesting physics.. obviously, some of which are realistic, but especially when you’re just starting out, there’s either absolutely NO FRICTION or the fruits just NEVER SEEM TO MOVE AT ALL. Plus, often you’ll find that if you get cherries stuck in the corners, they’re absolutely stuck there until you make a strawberry, which will STILL be absolutely stuck there. Only until you make a grape is it possible to move it out of there. I do appreciate the fact that they combine rlly easily, tho. Something else that I find interesting is that once you find certain fruits, you can drop even more of them in. This is helpful, of course, but with just the right amount of luck it gives you a free win. Like, I literally had a melon, and then the game let me drop in ANOTHER melon and then BOOM it made a watermelon. Anywho, at least the skins of the fruits are mostly original and make the game nice. It’s one of the better watermelon games, however, I would recommend searching for other ones before getting this one :)

Game was good, but it kept changing until it wasn’t

The first version of this game was good, then it had this huge revamp that improved the graphics, gameplay, and completely changed the art style for the better. This was was when the game was still a drop fruits from the top and combine them to get a watermelon game. In the most recent update the entire game has changed again but for the worst; the gameplay is now releasing balloons instead of fruit from the floor to the ceiling with the same combining aspect and complete new design and style on the balloons. These changes ruined the core aspect that made the game fun and ultimately I cannot stand this game anymore. This game is a shell of its former self, I don’t understand why the creators would improve it to this point then just start a clean state when it’s at its best version yet. The name change was necessary this is not the colorful, cartoony, watermelon game anymore, this is the watered down balloon game.

Heartbroken.

This app is so frustrating because when I downloaded it, it was WATERMELON GAME and then it updated to FRUIT MERGE and now out of no where it’s BALLOON IO. The first change was okay and it brought cool customization options, but now those options are gone and the gameplay has completely changed. I don’t want to play with balloons. I WANT FRUIT. It really has broken my heart to see this change. I wish I could stay and get used to the balloons. But I can’t. They fly up. Gravity is different. They don’t have unique designs and shapes. It’s bland now. A husk of its former glory days. I did not ask for Balloon IO. I do not want Balloon IO. I’ve tried other merging fruit games but I always came back to this one. I just can’t do that anymore. I’m sorry Balloon IO. But you’ve changed. It’s not me it’s you. I hope you can understand. I love you. But I can’t go on like this.

DO NOT GET THIS GAME

i used to truly be amused by this game. the other day i went to play the gorgeous fruit game and realized there were balloons instead of fruit? like how could they change such a gorgeous and well made game? i don’t like the new update whatsoever. some may say it’s trash. like why balloons? balloons are so mid evil while fruit is so modern. I used to be extremely fond of this game but not anymore. i would rate this game a 0 but that’s not possible so i give it a 1. don’t get it twisted and now i have to play this game on my Nintendo switch which is so much more work.

A few UX improvements please

- Please add an option to hide the “New Fruit” dialogs. It’s distracting when I can’t see the chain reaction that continues behind it. - Consider a way for the player to see the game where they “lost”. Immediately seeing the scoreboard with no way to return to see my game is a bummer.

AMAZING GAME!!!!!!!!

This game if filled with action and it is so funny! The game is suspenseful because if you do not get the right fruit you will lose a chance on getting to the end. It is definitely a game that you depend on luck to make it to the end. SO GOOD!!!!!
